For the 2023-24 school year and going forward, in an effort to speed up picture day run times, we're implementing a pre-pay option for those who would like to order sports photos of their athlete. How does this work? If you would like to order photos of your athlete, you will need to pre-pay for the first digital download. By pre-paying, you're telling us that you'd like to have additional photos taken of your son or daughter because you intend to place an order. If your son or daughter is not on the pre-pay list, no additional photos will be taken. What does "additional photos" refer to? All athletes will be photographed for standard team shots and media such as scoreboard, programs and social media. Additional photos refers to individualized "fun / personality" photos. Once I pre-pay, what do I do next? After you've pre-paid (pre-pay is $45 — the cost of your first digital download) your athlete will go on the pre-pay list and will get extra camera time so that you have multiple options when placing your order from the proof gallery. After you've pre-paid, you will receive a coupon code that gives you one free download. So, if you order 4 images, you're only going to be paying for 3. All-in-all, we believe this will cut down on the time it takes to photograph the teams and still give plenty of options to those who intend to place an order. Thank you!
