Hey Wildcat parents! Picture day is coming up soon and I want to make sure as many of you as possible get this memo about the photo process. 

This will be your home-base for any Forest High School team and individual photos throughout the school year. Here you will find links to any Wildcats galleries I post.

Important things to note:

• It is required that every team member participates in picture day. 

• Galleries are password protected and those passwords will be provided in the team app when the gallery goes live.

• If you intend to order photos, you must complete the pre-pay on the website listed above. The pre-pay is $45 and gives your athlete extra poses to choose from and will give you credit for first digital download. You will receive that credit via email in the form of a coupon code that you will use at checkout when ordering the photos. 

• If you don’t intend to order photos and don’t do the pre-pay, your athlete will still be photographed for the team poster — however, it will just be the 3 base poses needed for that.

• If you're pre-paying, the form and payment must completed before midnight, the day before the photo shoot.

• Each team gallery will only be active for 45 days, so make sure you don’t wait until the end of the school year to order photos. Galleries eventually have to be deleted to make room for new teams in new seasons.

• Everyone who places an order for individual photos will receive a complimentary copy of the team mini-poster (18x12). Those will be delivered to the school and available for pickup within 2 weeks of the order deadline.
