For years now, we’ve known and have been working with Hannah as we’ve photographed Cathy Pecora’s School of Dance group and individual shots and we all knew this day was coming.
Toward the end of the 2013-14 school year, we started hearing from the Class of 2015 on social media and Hannah was definitely one of the loudest voices expressing her excitement to get started with her senior portrait experience. And we were excited too, because we know she’s naturally photogenic and is up for anything when it comes to getting a good shot.
Hannah opted for the split session, our most popular session type. She wanted to incorporate her love for the lake, being an editor on the yearbook staff and of course, her dancing. So we got some great shots in the studio and headed to Sutton, where she wanted to be photographed in front of the old Sutton High School. She had spent many, many hours inside of one of the old classrooms for dance practice, before classes moved over a year ago. After that, we got a mix of urban and nature shots in and around Sutton and Flatwoods, then headed out to the lake to wrap up. Enjoy!
